The process of bring a person to agreed standards of productivity and proficiency by practice and instruction. Behavioural skills training enable individuals to learn skills and practice them in a safe environment
Instructor Led classroom based training. The methodology is a combination of teaching and experiential learning. The methodology is based on interactive learning, i.e. learners will learn by doing. Furthermore learners will use examples from their own organisations, thus ensuring that the learning is anchored at their workplace.
These workshops includes dynamic trainee/trainer interactions and discussions, written and oral exercises, case studies, reflection, quizzes and a workbook for each participant to take back to the workplace. Total focus is on the delegate, small intimate groups
